Urination Meditation

Many people in the workplace would say they don't have time to take out of their busy schedule to clear their heads and focus on their breath. Little do they know that a golden opportunity comes up quite often at the workplace. There are four steps to a more conscious workday.

Step 1. Drink a lot of water, you have to drink a whole lot for it to become unhealthy, so don't worry about too much!

Step 2. Visit the nearest bathroom.

Step 3. You are now in a quiet room by yourself for a few minutes, take this extra time to clear your head and focus on yourself rather than what needs to be done next.

Step 4. Become healthier and happier.

With these four simple steps anyone can have a more conscious work life.

Being pregnant and having to use the bathroom more often helps me get to "meditate" more often during the day. Nice excuses!

I sit right next to the bathroom AND I drink 3 quarts of water a day. According to your theory, I should be exceptionally relaxed...
